Jaipur city was first founded by Maharaja Jai Singh II in the 17th century. Jaipur is one of the best colorful cities in Rajasthan.
Pink city is the state of true royalty and capital of Rajasthan.
When Maharaja Ram Sing II was the king of Jaipur. He announced to paint the whole Jaipur in terracotta pink color for the welcome of Prince of Wales.

Jodhpur city is known as the blue city of Rajasthan. In 1459, Maharaja Rao Jodha was built this beautiful city Mandore. It’s like a sun reflection on the sky. Jodhpur city is also known as the sun city of India and that was the biggest reason to paint the Jodhpur city in a blue color to keep there house cool.

Jaisalmer was established by Maharawal Jaisal Singh in 1156. ”The hill fort of Jaisal” was also built by the same king of Jaisalmer. The largest district of Rajasthan & “the 3rd largest city of India”. Jaisalmer is also known as the golden city of India because it’s yellow stratified rock used allover structured of the fort and the town below, they both reflect with amazing golden-yellow light.

Udaipur city was first founded in 1558 by Maharana Udai Singh II. The Udaipur city is called also known as the white city because the scenics of white marble palaces are located around this colorful city. This city is also known as the City of lakes because it has five beautiful lakes are Fateh Sagar Lake, Lake Pichola, Swaroop Sagar Lake, Rangsagar Lake, Doodh Talai Lake.

Bikaner is the red city of the Rajasthan state. The Bikaner kingdom was first founded by Rao Bika Ji in 1488. It has over five acres of space for the fort, palace, and temples. It shows amazing ancient art & culture such as the painted walls for different gods. These were made up of red dhulmera sandstone in Bikaner, “That’s why Bikaner is famous as the red city of Rajasthan”.
