Jaipur city is the capital of Rajasthan State, India. Its old city is covered with pink color and it is called the pink city of India. Jaipur is famous for many-many things and is also a part of the top 10 cities in India. Jaipur city was founded by King Jai Singh II in the 17th century.

Amber Fort & Palace
Amber fort is also known as Amer fort. It is located on the top of hills with a distance of 11 km from main Jaipur. This massive fort was built in the 11th century by Kachwaha Ruler. Amer was rebuilt by Raja Jai Singh in the 15th century. Fort has so many beautiful palaces like Sheesh Mahal, Sukh Mandir, Diwan-E-Aam hall, Kesar Kayaari, etc.
Nahargarh Fort is located on the edge of the Aravalli hills in Jaipur city. It was built by King Sawai Jai Singh in the 17th century. This fort was built to retreat the royal family of Jaipur at that time. Nahargarh is located approx. 20 km from the main city of Jaipur.
Jaigarh Fort of Jaipur was built by Maharaja Jai Singh II in the 17th century. It is located 16 km away from the Jaipur city in Rajasthan. This beautiful fort is also known as the Eagle Hill of Rajasthan. Jaigarh Fort also has the biggest cannon in the world.
Moti Dungri Fort
Moti Dungri Fort was originally built for Maharani Gayatri Devi, queen of Jaipur state. It is a small fort palace near Birla Temple in Jaipur city. This palace was mainly used for gathering and parties of Royal Families.
Jaipur City Palace
City Palace is still the residence of the Royal family of Jaipur with a museum and many halls & palaces. It was built in 1727 by King Sawai Jai Singh II. Jaipur City Palace is located near Gangori Bazaar in Jaipur city.

Jantar Mantar in Jaipur
Jantar Mantar of Jaipur was built by Maharaja Jai Singh II in the early 17th century near the city palace. It is a great example of Indian astronomy. King Jai Singh built total 5 Jantar Mantar in India.
Ramniwas Bagh is a garden near the Albert hall museum in Jaipur city. This garden built by King Sawai Ram Singh in the 18th century. It is located in the middle of the Jaipur city.
Gaitore ki Chhatriyan
Another peaceful place located near Nahargarh Fort in the Jaipur. Gaitore ki Chhariya is a royal cenotaph of the Kachwaha clan. You can visit here in monsoon season better 10 AM to 6 PM and the entry fee is 30 INR for per person.
Isarlat Swargasuli built in the mid of the 17th century by Sawai Ishwari Singh of Jaipur. It is located near Jaipur City Palace & Jantar Mantar. This 7-story building has an awesome paranormal view of the city. Also known as Iswari Minar Swarga Sal of Jaipur.
Amar Jawan Jyoti
Amar Jawan Jyoti of Jaipur is situated on the one side of Sawai Mansingh Stadium. It built in the memories of Indian Army Martyrs in 1972 A.D. There is a flame that burns 24X7 since it built.
Patrika Gate is located at Jawahar Circle Garden near Jaipur International Airport in the city. This is one of the most beautiful places in Jaipur. It built by Architect Anoop Bartaria of Jaipur in 2016.
Jawahar Circle garden situated near Jaipur International Airport and built by Jaipur Development Authority in 2009. This is also the biggest park in Asia; which located on the highway.
Sisodia Rani Ka Bagh
Sisodia Rani Ka Bagh is located a few km from the main city of Jaipur. This beautiful place built in the 17th century by King Sawai Jai Singh II. It has many gardens, fountains, and palaces. This Garden Palace situated on the Agra-Jaipur highway.
Kanak Vrindavan Park
Kanak Vrindavan is also a beautiful garden located near Jal Mahal & Amer Fort at the outskirts of Jaipur city. This garden built in the 17th century by King Sawai Jai Singh of Jaipur. Park surrounded by Aravalli hills on National highway 248.
Albert Hall Museum
Albert Hall Museum is located in the center of Ram Niwas Garden with an antique museum in the city. This monument designed by Samuel Swinton Jacob in the 18th century. Egyptian Mummy is the most important attraction of the Alber hall.
Jawahar Kala Kendra
Jawahar Kala Kendra is another hidden architecture located near the Smriti Van & World Trade Park. It is a museum built by the Rajasthan Government in 1986 to preserves the art & culture of Jaipur.

Sculpture Park is located at Madhavendra Palace in Nahargarh Fort. This is not a garden but it has so many wonderful things to explore true Rajasthan. And you’ll definitely know more about Rajasthani art & culture.
Amrapali is a Jewel museum located 14 km from the Jaipur city. It’ll introduce you to the lifestyle of Royal Rajasthan in ancient times. This museum has more than 4K pieces of jewel items. The Entry Fee is applicable and it is 600 INR about 8 USD.
The Doll Museum is located 5 km from the Jaipur Railway Station. It has huge varieties of Indian, Chinese dolls. Doll Museum looks like a live home of real-life dolls. You can spend less than 1 hour here to explore and feel the doll life in cases.
Panna Meena Ka Kund
Panna Meena Ka Kund located 13 km from the main city of Jaipur. This stepwell mainly used to preserve rainwater for harvesting and local uses. Stepwell built-in the 16th century by Meena King of Amer Fort.
Galta Ji Temple
The historical Galta Ji temple built in the 16th century by Diwan Rao Kriparam. It is located outskirts of Jaipur city with a distance of 10 km. This ancient temple has a sacred Kund covered by hills.
Man Sagar Lake

Maota Lake is located near Amer Fort and it is also known as Amber Lake of Jaipur. It also has an island of Saffron garden called Kesar Kyari Bagh. Maota Lake is the most important source of water for Amer fort & local peoples of Amber city.
Birla Mandir is one of the most peaceful places in Jaipur city. Temple is dedicated to Goddess Lakshmi & Lord Vishnu. This temple built by B. M. Birla Foundation in 1977 A.D.
Moti Dungari Ganesh Ji Temple
The Moti Dungati temple is the most religious temple in Jaipur city. This temple dedicates to Lord Ganesha and it built by Seth Jai Ram Paliwal in the 17th century. It is located near Moti Dungari Fort & hill.
Thikana Mandir also known as the Govind Dev Ji Temple of Jaipur City. This temple is located in the complex of Jaipur City Palace. Temple is dedicated to Lord Krishna & Goddess Radha. Gods Deity (Murti) brought from Mathura Vrinda Van by The King Sawai Jai Singh II.
Garh Ganesh Temple
Garh Ganesh Ji Temple is dedicated to Lord Ganesha and it was built more than 200 years ago near Jaigarh & Nahargarh Fort. According to historians, the temple built for the establishment of Jaipur city by Maharaja Jai Singh II in the 18th century.
Akshardham Temple is another peaceful place located in Jaipur. This temple is small in size but you can easily spend 1 hour here. It is located 10 km from the Jaipur railway station.

Jaipur has owned an international Airport near the Jawahar Circle Garden in the capital of Rajasthan. If you always prefer to fly then this is the best option you have.
Jaipur Junction is the nearest railway station to reach Jaipur city. Another option is Gandhi Nagar Railway Station and both stations are located in the main city of Jaipur.
The Jaipur city located on National Highway No. 21, 48, 52, 248, and Rajasthan state highway no. 2C, 12, 55. You can reach here by bus, taxi, train, & airplanes. Bus & Taxi are always available from every major city of Rajasthan.
