The Kumbhalgarh wildlife sanctuary is the large sanctuary in the Rajsamand District in the Rajasthan state of India. This sanctuary has covered the land of about 608.57 sq. km. in the peaks of Aravalli hills. The nearest fortress is Kumbhalgarh in the East is one of the most impressive forts in Rajasthan. This sanctuary is about 120 km west of Udaipur and 25 km from Falna Railway Station in Kumbhalgarh city of India.

Kumbhalgarh is the only place in India, where the highly endangered wolf is successfully breeding. The other predators seen there include leopard, sloth, bear, chinkara, char-Singha, ratel, and flying squirrels, etc.

This wildlife is greenhouse of Rajasthan state with more than 1 million trees. It covered with Sal (Shores Robusta), Hawan (Ficus racemosa), Kaliya (Albizzia lebbek), Kikar (Acacia Nilotica), Kanji (Holoptelea Integrifolia), Mahua (Madhuca Indica),  Amla (Emblica Officinalis), Baheda (Terminalia bellirica), Khirni (Manilkara hexandra), Khair (Acacia catechu), Bamboo (Dendrocalamus strictus), etc

The name of this wildlife is based on Kumbhalgarh fort.
